Inside CHÁMMARI

Born and raised in London, Nihaal has always been drawn to fashion—not only to how clothes look, but to how they make a woman feel. She learned to sew from her mother, a skill that stayed with her and would later help bring her ideas to life.

Finding clothes that felt right was not always easy. As a petite woman, she often struggled to find modest pieces that fitted well. She wanted clothing that felt comfortable, looked beautiful and was made from fabrics chosen with care. Too often, finding one of those things meant compromising on another.

After years of searching, Nihaal began to create the pieces she wished she could find. CHÁMMARI started with hijabs, but the idea was always to grow into something more: modest clothing women could feel at home in, with feminine designs and thoughtful fits for different bodies, heights and proportions.

The belief behind the brand is simple: women should not have to choose between quality, a good fit and beautiful design. What began as a personal search has become CHÁMMARI’s purpose to make considered pieces that feel as lovely to wear as they are to look at.
