Withdraw Contract
Last updated: 14 August 2026
If you are a consumer shopping with us online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, subject to the conditions below.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You then have a further 14 days from that notification to send the goods back to us.
How to notify us
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info.chammari@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use our contact page to reach us, or send us a written statement by post.
Returning the goods
Once you've told us you want to withdraw, please return the item(s) to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact where possible. Please see our Returns Policy for full details on how to send items back to us.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by law.
